Description
El Albur Añejo’s agave is selected and harvested by expert hands. It is baked over low heat to optimize its flavor and achieve our unique and characteristic flavor.
Aroma: Fresh, light and thin, subtle essence of lemon blossom and orange peel. Light burnt agave accents and vague flashes of tangerine.
Taste: Smooth and faint ripe orange with intense discharges of cooked agave, retro taste of light jasmine and citrus flowers.
Aging: 16 Months.
Color: Of a subtle color to orange with golden sparkles.
Type of Barrel: Roble Americano.
Class: Añejo.
Alc. Vol: 40% (80º Proof).
Purity: 100% Blue Agave.
